Creating a New School

One of the great things about RecordGrade is everything gets tied to a school unit, rather than to just one account. This means a student’s records can seamlessly be transferred year to year even as the teachers may change.

To create a New School, go to https://recordgrade.com/school/select and click Create School. Provide the required information to create the new school.

Adding New Users

First the new user should sign up for an account. Next, they should go to https://recordgrade.com/school/select, and click Request to Join School. Someone who currently belongs to the school should share with them the School Join Code. After the request has been submitted by the new user, someone who is part of the school should go to the Users page, and add the Pending user. The next time the new user logs on, they will be able to access the school.

Deleting Schools

At this time, you must email support to have a school removed.
